    增重记

    本故事告诉我们,正确的数据的重要性和对数据过度依赖的后果。


    话说上周去健身房,顺便称了一下,发现体重临界期望水准的下确界了。低头看一眼,别说没有小肚子了,差不多连肚子也没有了。从趋势上看,万圣节家里都不用买道具了,直接把我搁在阳台上就好了。

    于是开始积极增重。连续吃了三天的排骨,三天后看到肉就不行了;然后开始吃高热量的垃圾食品,连续吃了5天的皮萨,然后看到皮萨又不行了。

    正在积极思考下一步吃什么的时候,今天去健身房顺便又称了一下,发现很神奇的变回来了,又接近期望水准的中间值了!低头看一眼,小肚子是没有,但是肚子还是在的:上周大概太依赖数据出现幻觉了。介于体重不至于这么大起大落,最合理的解释是,上周的称坏掉了。

    回来饮食又恢复正常了。按某同学的口头禅说:“回去想吃咋吃点咋吧”。
